Laboratory Relations Specialist - Environment Testing
$20 - $22 per hourEurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins Environment Testing seeks a Laboratory Relations Specialist to serve as a liaison between technical and project management teams in Lancaster, PA. The role involves managing communications, tracking samples and shipments, and maintaining project documentation in an on-site, Monday-Friday position.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical communication between project management and laboratory staff
- Track and monitor shipping status and due dates for subcontracted jobs
- Manage sample tracking and shipping throughout the laboratory network
- Generate Excel reports and maintain project tracking spreadsheets
- Identify and escalate operational issues to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office skills
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication
- 1-3+ years customer service experience preferred
- Background in biology, chemistry, or related field preferred
Compensation: $20-22/hour
