Entry Level Associate Scientist - Biochemistry
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Entry-level role performing analytical testing of pharmaceutical ingredients and finished products using chromatographic and other instrumental methods. Responsibilities include sample preparation, method validation, equipment maintenance, and GMP-compliant documentation in a regulated laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of pharmaceutical active ingredients and finished products
- Operate chromatographic systems and other analytical instrumentation independently
- Prepare and process samples and standards for analytical testing
- Set up, validate, and transfer new analytical methods and processes
- Perform monthly equipment maintenance and document all work for GMP compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and scientific skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and laboratory instrumentation
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- U.S. work authorization without restriction or sponsorship requirement
