Entry Level Chemist- Package Testing
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Entry-level chemist position performing quality testing and analysis of biopharmaceutical ingredients and products at a contract laboratory. Role involves completing training, preparing samples and standards, operating laboratory equipment, and documenting results in compliance with GMP/GLP regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review reagents, samples, and standards according to established procedures
- Operate laboratory equipment and instrumentation independently or with guidance
- Document testing results, observations, and deviations in compliance with regulations
- Review laboratory data for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to GMP/GLP standards
- Perform routine laboratory maintenance and ensure proper workspace organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, biochemistry, or related field
- Microbiology lab skills including pipetting, microscopes, staining, plating
- Authorized to work in US indefinitely without sponsorship
- Strong attention to detail and scientific reasoning
- Proficiency with MS Windows applications and laboratory instrumentation
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
