Wire Processor

FieldBridge is looking for a Wire Processor in Sugar Land, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

$25.00/hour | MonFri, 8:00 AM4:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available for extra hours | At $25/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,375.00 gross.

Position Overview FieldBridge is seeking a detail-oriented Wire Processor to support domestic and international wire transfer operations for a financial services client in Sugar Land, TX. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing of wire transactions while helping safeguard the organization against fraud and regulatory risk. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of banking compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers accurately and within deadlines
• Verify wire transfer requests, member information, and supporting documentation for authenticity and compliance
• Review transactions for potential fraud, suspicious activity, and regulatory concerns
• Ensure compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and other applicable federal and state banking regulations
• Assist with daily balancing, reconciliation, and reporting related to wire operations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of banking, credit union, wire processing, or financial operations experience preferred
• Experience with wire transfer systems and core banking platforms a plus
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
