Pediatric Hematology Oncology Faculty Position - Pediatric Transplant, Cell & Gene Therapy

Overview Cleveland Clinic, one of the world’s most distinguished academic medical centers, is seeking a Pediatric Hematology Oncology physician to join our expanding Pediatric Transplant, Cellular, and Gene Therapy (BMT) program. This growth will allow us to care for an increasing number of patients across the region. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a highly collaborative and academically rich environment, supported by the extensive resources of Cleveland Clinic Children’s Institute and the Taussig Cancer Institute. As a member of the division, the physician will join a vibrant team that includes 21 Pediatric Hematologists/Oncologists, two PhDs, 10 nurse practitioners, and dedicated disease‑based care coordinators, collectively providing more than 10,000 patient visits annually. Responsibilities Care for pediatric BMT, cellular, and gene therapy patients and provide second opinions (virtually and in person). Expand access to care for patients nationally and internationally. Support development of new treatment approaches through clinical trials. Advance outcomes through clinical, prospective, and retrospective research efforts. Mentor fellows, residents, medical students, and other trainees. Participate in national collaborative groups such as COG, ENGRAFT, NEXT Consortium, and others. Qualifications Board certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology (or combined Internal Medicine Hematology/Pediatric Hematology Oncology). Eligible for appointment at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level. Appointment through the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Strong commitment to research and education. Experience with clinical trials and research in a BMT setting is preferred.
