Stratford School seeks a flexible Preschool Substitute Teacher to support classrooms across our early childhood program. In this role, you will implement established lesson plans, maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, and support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth. You will collaborate with lead teachers and staff, communicate warmly with families, and uphold Stratford’s high standards for classroom management, character development, and STEAM-inspired learning. Ideal candidates are reliable, patient, and enjoy working with young children in a collaborative, mission-driven school community.
