Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Damariscotta, Maine. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemedicine Registered Nurse (RN) position in a community access hospital setting located in Damariscotta, Maine. This role involves working in a telemetry and medical-surgical environment, providing care to patients with telemetry needs and other medical-surgical conditions. The position emphasizes teamwork, proactive care, and high clinical standards. Job Details Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The position begins on 10/19/2026 and concludes on 01/18/2027. Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), experience with vasoactive drips, ventilators, and telemetry care. No specific minimum experience is required beyond the ability to meet role demands. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in intensive care unit (ICU) or specialty care unit (SCU). Float: Occasional float to medical-surgical units may be required. Additional Information: Candidates should have strong teamwork skills, be proactive, and uphold high standards of care. The unit manages ventilators, chest tubes, chest tubes, and other advanced equipment in a Telemetry/IMC setting, with patient ratios typically between 1:1 and 4:1. The uniform dress code is navy blue scrubs.
