Part-time Front Desk Rep

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and welcoming Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join a financial services branch in Kennewick, WA. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive, organized, and polished office environment while providing essential operational and administrative support.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
• Manage front desk operations, including sign-in procedures
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar requests as needed
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
