Paralegal/Legal Assistant A busy Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability law firm has an immediate opening for a full time paralegal or law clerk position, with the possibility of position advancements. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle a wide range of administrative and legal case management tasks, be well organized, pro-active, and able to interact with a diverse group of people. Typing correspondence and legal document preparation, answering multi-line phones, filing, faxing, scanning and other general office duties. The position involves client contact by phone and in person. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Type 35 wpm and be well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline oriented environment. 4 years experience legal clerk/paralegal or equivalent combination of education & experience preferred. Legal Experience, and Spanish bilingual a plus but not required Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours daily Please include a cover letter with your resume describing how your job experiences will contribute to our business.
