Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and circumstances.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions—utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Monitor client progress closely and adapt treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes, ensuring a client-centered approach throughout the process.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and client interactions in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Stay informed of current mental health trends and best practices through continuous education and training, which is encouraged and supported by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families. Clients may be dealing with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LMFT license in Washington State is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
