We are hiring experienced Forklift / Clamp Truck Operators for a fast-paced distribution center in Aberdeen, MD. This is a long-term opportunity with steady hours and real growth potential. As Forklift / Clamp Truck Operators you'll start with your current forklift skills and receive paid training to operate clamp trucks. Strong, reliable operators move quickly into permanent roles.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Tues-Fri | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Mon 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM | Tues-Fri 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Sat-Mon | 4:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing as Forklift / Clamp Truck Operators:

• Operate electric sit-down clamp trucks (training provided)
• Move, load, and secure large or oversized product
• Transport freight safely throughout the warehouse
• Use RF scanners to track inventory
• Meet daily safety, accuracy, and productivity goals
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

Job Requirements for Forklift / Clamp Truck Operators:

• 1+ year of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to pass an on-site driving test
• Comfortable operating equipment in reverse
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required
• Reliable, safety-focused work ethic

Highly Preferred (Not Required)

• Clamp truck or attachment experience
• Experience with push/pull, slip-sheet, or similar equipment
• RF scanner or warehouse system experience
