An established boutique litigation platform with a recognized plaintiffs-side practice is seeking a Litigation Associate in Atlanta to join its employment-focused team. This is a selective opportunity for a litigator with 2 to 5+ years of experience to take genuine ownership of cases, build courtroom skills, and work closely with experienced partners in a flexible, largely in-office environment. Take and defend depositions. Draft briefs and persuasive motions. Manage written discovery and strategy. Conduct legal research and case analysis. REQUIREMENTS Approximately 2 to 5 years of litigation experience. Strong litigation background from private practice. Experience with hearings and depositions. Demonstrated research, writing, and discovery skills. Preferred: Employment or commercial litigation experience. SALARY AND BENEFITS $130,000 to $160,000 base salary range. 1,500 annual billable-hour expectation. Atlanta-based role, in office 4 days/week.
