About the Role We are hiring psychiatrists for outpatient care in Wisconsin. The position offers flexible and hybrid work arrangements. Working Conditions Full‑time and part‑time (20 hours+ per week) with flexible scheduling Hybrid model: on‑site and telehealth 100% outpatient work – no nights, hospital calls, or weekends Unlimited/uncapped earnings model Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $305,000 - $406,000 (full‑time) with sign‑on bonus. Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, paid parental leave, employee assistance program, continuing education units, and more.
