Role Overview As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you will contribute to vehicle safety and customer satisfaction by performing preventive maintenance services in a collaborative team environment. No prior automotive experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will teach you to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect lights and wipers, and conduct an 18-point maintenance check. Key Responsibilities Provide top-tier customer service, perform preventive vehicle maintenance, and support team success through hands-on work and learning. Qualifications & Skills Positive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and the ability to read and understand training materials. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Schedule flexibility is preferred, with no late-night or holiday shifts expected.
