Accounting CoordinatorLocation: Hybrid, Greenwood Village, COJob Type: Full time / Direct HireWork Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green CardThe A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an Accounting Coordinator. Ideal candidate will have experience in an accounting or AP/AR role and strong interpersonal skills.ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter vendor invoicesVerify invoices and supporting documentationMaintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiresUpload invoices and post revenueApply customer paymentsRespond to routine customer billing inquiriesAssist with account reconciliations and month-end closePerform other administrative and accounting duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Education:High School DiplomaAssociate degree or higher preferredRequired Experience:1+ years of accounting, AP/AR or bookkeeping experienceBasic understanding of accounting practicesProficiency with ExcelExperience in NetSuite is a plus
