Practice Info * Established private practice founded in 1978 with strong physician retention * Team of 16 psychiatrists and 15 allied behavioral health professionals * Dedicated nursing staff and full administrative support in every office Responsibilities * Flexible inpatient and outpatient mix; physicians choose their preferred balance * Inpatient caseload averages 15 - 20 patients Monday - Friday mornings * Outpatient: 3 - 4 afternoons per week with 6 - 12 patients per session * Weekend call approximately 1:4 with shared after-hours coverage Shift & Schedule * Inpatient caseload averages 15 - 20 patients Monday - Friday mornings * Outpatient: 3 - 4 afternoons per week with 6 - 12 patients per session * Weekend call approximately 1:4 with shared after-hours coverage Requirements * J-1/H-1B visa sponsorship available * Board-certified required
