Facilities Manager

Clearance: U.S. Citizenship Required (ITAR/DoW Programs) About the Role Astra CoreX, Inc. (ACX) is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan, build, and maintain ACX laboratories, propulsion facilities, machine shop, and engineering infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Plan lab/shop layouts and coordinate and oversee buildout. Procure and oversee installation of capital equipment. Layout and manage explosive-safe work areas. Maintain machine shop and vehicle integration area. Manage utilities and safety coordination. Coordinate facility expansion across multiple states. Required Qualifications Bachelor's in Engineering or another relevant field. 5+ years developing and maintaining technical facilities. Strong background in capital equipment procurement. Strong familiarity with industrial safety policies and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. U.S. citizen with eligibility for government security clearance. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years developing and maintaining aerospace and defense facilities. Strong background setting up ATF/NFPA explosive facilities. Strong background aerospace and defense R&D labs, Recent PMP Certification, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Active U.S. government security clearance, Salary Range $115k-$160k ACX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes group Medical, Dental, Life, and Short and Long-Term disability coverage from day one.
