FPA is expanding throughout Arizona, and we're looking for ambitious, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives .

As a trusted national retail partner, FPA helps connect customers with telecommunications solutions while contributing to market expansion throughout Arizona.

With continued growth involving Cox and Spectrum, we're building a team of motivated individuals who want to develop professional skills, gain sales experience, and pursue long-term career advancement.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Represent telecommunications products and services through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Educate prospective customers about internet services, promotions, and available solutions.
• Generate new customer acquisitions through retail locations, promotional events, and designated sales territories.
• Build relationships with customers and identify their service needs.
• Present product benefits and guide customers through enrollment.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and leadership development.
• Support customer acquisition and market expansion initiatives throughout Arizona.
