Colorado Licensed Associate Broker

To support a growing brokerage team, the full-time Colorado Licensed Associate Broker will ensure quality control of brokerage files, draft submissions for underwriters, and actively pursue new business opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Ensure quality control across all files, scrutinizing policies and documentation for accuracy and adherence to guidelines Draft error-free submissions and communicate coverage terms with underwriters under the guidance of the broker Review and analyze risks, issue quotes, and deliver customer service during the marketing of new and renewal business Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred 1 year of experience in wholesale brokerage, commercial insurance coverages, sales, or underwriting preferred Must meet minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) preferred
