Summary

Provides administrative and operational support to the Customs Brokerage Team. Maintains accurate shipment and entry documentation, supports customer communication and billing activities. and coordinates routine brokerage tasks to promote timely processing, complete records, and consistent service.

Responsibilities

Receive, organize, and maintain customs entry and shipment documentation.

Monitor shared inboxes, entry queues, and document requests; route work as directed.

Follow up with customers and overseas offices for missing or corrected documents.

Enter and update shipment, customer, and status information in internal systems.

Provide administrative support for ISF and customs entry preparation.

Maintain electronic files and records in accordance with learn procedures.

Process customs-related AR/AP invoices and supporting documentation.

Prepare routine customer communications and status updates.

Support document retrieval for internal reviews and customs audits.

Prepare routine reports, trackers, and operational summaries.

Assist with customer inquiries and route technical questions to appropriate staff.

Coordinate meetings, supplies, and general administrative activities.

Assist with departmental projects and process improvement activities.

Compensation Range

$63,699 - $69,490 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience

Required Qualifications

H.S. Diploma/G.E.D.

Minimum 5 years of Administrative Support, Customer Service, Logistics, Brokerage experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

6-9 years of Administrative Support, Customer Service, Logistics, Brokerage experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
