Hourly Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Room for diverse patient populations
Assess patient condition and develop appropriate care plans utilizing the nursing process
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care quality
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and medical staff regarding procedures and care instructions
Document all patient interactions accurately and efficiently
Respond promptly to emergency situations, supporting life-saving procedures and interventions
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

What You Need

Active RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of ER or acute care experience
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
