You'll help lead a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the elevated hospitality standards that define M Street. You'll work closely with the General Manager to inspire the team, drive operational excellence, and create an atmosphere where both guests and team members thrive. Your responsibilities will include:Leading daily restaurant operations with confidence, urgency, and professionalismDelivering exceptional hospitality while creating memorable guest experiencesCoaching, mentoring, and developing front-of-house team members through consistent leadership and feedbackManaging high-volume service, reservations, and floor flow with precisionUpholding M Street standards, policies, and service expectationsIdentifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience and create hospitality "value add" momentsBuilding a positive, accountable, and team-first cultureSupporting hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management initiativesCollaborating with leadership to execute operational goals and improve performanceMaintaining composure, energy, and professionalism in a dynamic environmentEnsuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standardsWhat we're looking for: 3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume dining environments Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining poise and professionalism Corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred Data-driven mindset with strong operational awareness Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and team development Flexible, adaptable, and growth-oriented attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsWhy M Street?
