What You'll Do As a Skilled Construction Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Framing and siding projects, interpreting blueprints to execute precise measurements and cuts.
• Finish carpentry, including interior trim work, door and window installation, and detailed finishing touches.
• Assisting with foundation laying and structural framing to ensure stability and safety.
• Setting doors and windows accurately, following project specifications.
• Performing interior finish work that enhances the overall quality of the build.
• Working closely with project managers and lead carpenters to meet quality standards and project deadlines.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in framing, siding, finish carpentry, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record over the past three years.
• Ability to travel within a 20-mile radius to job sites in Silverton, Stayton, and Salem.
• Physical ability to perform demanding manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
