Manage day-to-day website updates and enhancements across the company's corporate and operating company websites Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues to ensure optimal website performance, accessibility, and security Coordinate and partner closely with the Marketing & Communications Team, IT teams, external vendors, and operating company contacts Maintain documentation of site configurations, plugins, and workflows to ensure consistency across the company's digital ecosystem Coordinate with IT Security to ensure compliance with the company's security and data protection standards Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (Contingent Worker) in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Overview: You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team supporting the development and optimization of our enterprise network of corporate and operating company websites. As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you will maintain and build webpages across the company's digital portfolio while supporting web projects and digital initiatives. This is a hands‑on, technically driven role that requires strong website development knowledge, including coding experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, combined with a broader understanding of digital marketing, AEO, SEO, and analytics. Duties Include: Manage day-to-day website updates and enhancements across the company's corporate and operating company websites Build and maintain webpages and templates, applying hands‑on development skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript Troubleshoot and resolve front‑end and back‑end issues to ensure optimal website performance, accessibility, and security Coordinate and partner closely with the Marketing & Communications Team, IT teams, external vendors, and operating company contacts Maintain documentation of site configurations, plugins, and workflows to ensure consistency across the company's digital ecosystem Coordinate with IT Security to ensure compliance with the company's security and data protection standards Requirements 2-5 years of experience in website management, development, or digital operations (corporate, agency, or multi‑site environment preferred) Proven technical expertise and frontend development experience in WordPress and/or Sitecore Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SE Ranking Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, IT, and external teams Experience managing websites across multiple brands or business units Knowledge of ADA accessibility and UX best practices Visa sponsorship is not available for this position The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
