We are looking for the best and brightest talents to join our company and work together to bring the next level of success!Benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement plan through Principal, two weeks vacation, ten paid holidays, five sick days…and more!Position Summary:Perform labeling, packing, checking, palletizing and other routine assignments based on appropriate work instructions or standard operation instructionWill be rotated to help other teams from time to time including chicken powder processing team, filling team, janitorial team, mixing and cooking team, packaging team & sanitation teamCarry out special duties assigned by Production Supervisors, Production Manager and or leadFollow all company safety policy/procedure/GMPs/SSOP/HACCPAssist the line lead or supervisor to set up any equipment related to production dayAssist the Production Supervisors or line lead in any other activities when called uponQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Ability to read & write simple English required.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and stay focus.
