Enterprise Medical Services

Established hospital–based Infectious Disease practice in Queens, New York, is seeking a BC/BE Infectious Disease physician to join a growing team of three. Opportunity to support inpatient coverage, expand outpatient services, and build toward a long‑term partnership.

Highlights

Inpatient‑focused consult service
20‑25 patients per day (capped)
1:4 weekend call + light weekday ER call
NP and Virtual MA support
Strong referral base (hospitalists, ICU, surgical teams; Northwell & Optum relationships)
Optional teaching opportunities

Compensation

$300k Salary
25‑30% productivity bonus
Partnership after 3 years (sweat equity, no buy‑in)
CME, relocation potential
W2 or 1099 options available
