Maintenance Manager

Maintenance ManagerOur client is a leader in the food processing and distribution industry. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Chaska, Minnesota.The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading and directing all reliability and maintenance activities, utilities operation, and execution of the capital plan. You will ensure the successful completion of daily maintenance work and partner with operational and support team members.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Applicable technical knowledge or Degree/Certification from Trade SchoolMinimum of 5 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations or maintenance or utilities operationsMust have an understanding of PLC and logic controls for high speed operating equipmentPrior experience in SAP preferredAbility to interact with all levels of the organizationRead and decipher mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagramsExperience in the installation, diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment through troubleshooting required.
