Guernsey This is a rare opportunity for an experienced financial crime professional to take a leadership role at the forefront of the fight against money laundering, economic crime and illicit finance. The EFCB plays a critical role in protecting the Bailiwick of Guernsey's reputation as a leading international finance centre. Working alongside domestic and international law enforcement, intelligence and regulatory partners, the Bureau is responsible for identifying, investigating and disrupting serious and complex financial crime. As Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, technical expertise and operational direction across significant investigations whilst developing and supporting highly capable investigators and intelligence officers. The Opportunity Reporting into senior operational leadership, you will: Lead and develop investigators and intelligence officers. Drive performance across serious and complex financial crime investigations. Provide technical advice and guidance on economic crime and money laundering investigations. Ensure investigations are progressed proactively, lawfully and effectively. Oversee investigative strategies, case progression and quality standards. Work closely with legal colleagues and the Law Officers of the Crown. Build and enhance relationships with domestic and international enforcement partners. Deliver meaningful criminal justice outcomes that protect the Bailiwick from financial crime threats. What We're Looking For We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in: Economic Crime Investigation Financial Investigation Asset Recovery Financial Intelligence Law Enforcement AML/Counter Financial Crime Regulatory Enforcement You will demonstrate: Significant leadership and management experience.
