This position is for a weekend-only role, requiring availability on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. On-call duties, as well as holiday coverage, will be required. Candidates should have previous charge experience and a strong understanding of patient ratios. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. An ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team is essential. We seek someone with excellent communication skills and strong clinical judgment. The successful candidate will participate in special procedures and may operate certain specialized equipment. A commitment to patient care and safety is highly valued. Medical or religious exemptions for vaccination requirements will be considered. All requests for time off will be evaluated and require prior management approval. Candidates must reside within an acceptable distance to be considered local. Modules may be required for training and will vary by specialty.
