From answering product questions to guiding them through the purchase process, you’ll help ensure a smooth and supportive customer experience each step of the way.

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support through email and live chat channels. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and managing escalated issues efficiently. Working either independently or within a small team, the representative ensures customer satisfaction through clear communication and diligent follow-up processes.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email and live chat
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Follow-up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Manage escalated customer issues professionally

 

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is strongly preferred, and a Bachelors’ degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center roles
• Excellent customer service skills, with effective written and verbal communication
• Computer skills including data entry, emails, 
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring critical information is captured flawlessly
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and UPS systems is a plus!
• A passion for health, wellness, or helping people feel better

Nice to Have:

• Experience with footwear, orthotics, physical therapy, Yoga, or wellness
• Bilingual is a plus (English + Spanish)
