• Support customers with simple order processing and transactions, ensuring a seamless experience. 

• Follow established protocols to document issues and escalate concerns promptly. 

• Accurately update and manage customer information within company systems. 

• Utilize internal tools to retrieve details, address questions, and resolve concerns efficiently. 

• Maintain strict adherence to company policies regarding data security and customer confidentiality.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED required. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Basic computer skills with experience in data entry. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. 

• Problem-solving mindset with a desire to develop customer service expertise. 

• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. 

Shift Details: 

• 2nd shift schedule with start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. 

• Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts to meet business needs.

Pay Details: $14.93 per hour
