Logistics / Freight Brokerage – Executive Director: Operations & Sales Our client is a growing, privately held 3PL and freight brokerage company looking for a hands‑on Executive Director of Operations & Sales to help lead the next phase of the business. This is a role for a leader with direct freight brokerage experience—someone who understands the pace, customer demands, carrier relationships, margin pressure, and daily execution required to run and grow a brokerage operation. The right person likes to be close to the action: on the floor with the team, involved in daily execution, and directly shaping how the business scales. The Role This position serves as the owner’s right hand, leading day-to-day brokerage operations while helping build a more scalable and disciplined growth engine. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys running the business—not just talking about it—and who has operated successfully in a freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation environment.
