Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction and development team, focusing on multifamily projects. This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in project management by supporting projects from pre-construction through completion, including new developments and capital projects to existing assets.
Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing multifamily projects.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal agencies.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety.
• Track project milestones, change orders, invoices, and project reporting.
• Help identify and resolve construction and scheduling issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of combined experience in construction, project management, or multifamily development.
• Field construction experience is strongly preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment
This position requires working on-site and in the office from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
