Are you ready to make an impact on the lives of others and feel good about what you do?As a Reach Lift Operator, you will use a piece of equipment called a Reach Lift to move products within the warehouse and put-away product in the correct slot. It is designed to work in narrow aisles, allowing operators to reach high shelves while maintaining stability. These lifts are ideal for storing and retrieving goods from elevated storage spaces, offering enhanced maneuverability compared to traditional forklifts. If no requests exist, uses the manual replenish screen to fill empty or almost empty slotsPerforms knockdowns for selectors when neededMaintains correct counts and logs any discrepancies in inventoryVerifies that the correct product is being put in the appropriate pick locationCuts and removes shrink wrap from all knockdownsRemoves all empty pallets from pick locations and aisles. Separates the good, bad, and blue pallets and neatly stages in pallet staging areaKeeps area clean and debris out of work areaOperates the lift in a safe and efficient mannerParks and recharges lift in its appropriate spot at the end of the shiftImmediately informs a lead, supervisor, or manager of any potential safety violations or violation of company policyPerform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures, as appropriate for locationPhysical Environment/Demands:Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequentlyAbility to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures.Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipmentRequires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties.
