Senior Associate Attorney

A prominent law firm in Phoenix is seeking an Employment Litigation Senior Associate or Of Counsel attorney with at least five years of litigation experience. The successful candidate will have substantial experience handling all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to written discovery, preparing pleadings, briefing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Familiarity with electronic discovery (ESI) is also required.

While a background in employment law and/or restrictive covenant and trade secret matters is strongly preferred, candidates with significant litigation experience and a genuine interest in developing or expanding an employment law practice are encouraged to apply.

Qualified applicants should possess outstanding academic credentials, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical abilities. The role requires effective management of multiple matters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Arizona and hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
