About the Position Serve as command expert and senior staff officer for all programming and manpower requirements, and cost analysis for the Comptroller in support of the Commander, U.S.European Command (CDR, USEUCOM) and other senior leadership at the unified command Headquarters. Specialized Experience One year of specialized experience which includes: Analyzing an organization's financial resource requirements for funding and manpower. Evaluating the content of new or modified legislation for projected impact upon the agency's financial resources. Developing resource (staffing and funding) guidance for subordinate activities.
