The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
\n
• Previous ED experience preferred.
\n
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
\n
• Current CA state license is a plus.
\n

The Practice

\n

Orange Coast Global Medical Center – Santa Ana, California

\n

\n
• A 282-bed hospital, Level II Trauma Center, and Burn Center.
\n
• 15-bed main ED plus 4 fast track.
\n
• Annual volume of 40,000 with a 27% admit rate.
\n
• Patient mix includes older population, a large Vietnamese population, and geriatrics on Medicare.
\n
• On call services include FM/IM, OB/GYN, Surgery, Ortho, ICU, Cardiology, NICU, and neurosurgery.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
