Crop Claims Field Adjuster I
Zurich Insurance Company Ltd.
Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking an RCIS Crop Claims Field Adjuster I to support our crop insurance operations. In this field-based role, you will travel to farms within your assigned territory to investigate and adjust crop insurance claims. You will conduct on-site inspections, measure and document crop damage, verify coverage, and calculate loss estimates in line with RCIS and federal program guidelines. You will prepare clear reports, maintain accurate records in our systems, and communicate decisions and next steps to farmers, agents, and internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical adjusting skills, learn modern insurance and risk practices, and work closely with agricultural customers while contributing to Zurich’s customer-focused, ethical, and collaborative culture.
