Marketing Specialist

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs and strategies supporting business line goals Deliver customer-centric marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention, and engagement Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce branded and compliant materials Ensure marketing programs comply with laws, regulations, and bank policies Coordinate, develop, and execute marketing events including tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, and local events Assist Regional Marketing Managers with integrated event marketing initiatives across various channels Assist with planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities Coordinate with sales enablement, activation, and digital teams to deliver marketing assets on time Leverage insights and data to support strategic recommendations and continuous improvement Maintain segment-specific marketing plans, calendars, and timelines Submit marketing materials for compliance review and ensure timely approvals Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities Requirements Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results Experience supporting event marketing programs that align with evolving business priorities and drive measurable business results Strong project management skills to deliver multiple events on time and within budget Proficiency in Cvent event management software is highly desirable Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing programs that drive customer growth and engagement, while ensuring compliance with regulations and bank policies.
