Order Processing Coordinator
$56k - $74kModern Office Methods is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator to manage end-to-end order workflows for office technology and IT solutions. In this role, you will enter and validate customer orders, verify pricing and contract terms, and coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. You will monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and update internal systems and customer records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with ERP/CRM tools, and able to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter and validate customer orders for office technology and IT solutions in ERP/CRM systems.
- Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and contract terms for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to schedule delivery and installation.
- Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate customer, contract, and order documentation in internal systems.
- Review reports to identify order issues, backorders, or delays and help drive resolutions.
- Support billing accuracy by ensuring correct order data and documentation are captured.
- Follow established procedures and contribute ideas to improve order processing workflows.
