This full-time remote position is integral to our Detox Center, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mental health and overall well-being of our clients. This position will be performed remotely, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients and interdisciplinary teams through telehealth platforms. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a stable work-life balance. Our remote setting is equipped with cutting-edge technology to facilitate seamless communication and coordination with fellow staff, ensuring effective client care delivery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists, to address the individualized needs of clients in detox and rehabilitation.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique situation, integrating psycho-social factors that impact their recovery.
• Provide therapeutic support through individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate coping strategies and recovery skills.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and coping mechanisms to enhance support systems outside of our facility.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and compliance with best practices in mental health care.
• Remain adept with current mental health trends and developments to continually improve service delivery and uphold the highest standards of care.

In this role, you will primarily support clients facing addiction challenges, many of whom may also deal with co-occurring mental health disorders. Your focus will be on developing trust and rapport with clients who are often in vulnerable states, thereby creating a safe space for them to explore their challenges and progress toward recovery. Experience with elderly populations is particularly valuable, as we treat clients across various age groups with varying needs.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health or social work setting, preferably with a focus on addiction and recovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for facilitating effective therapy sessions and interprofessional collaboration.

• Experience working within a detox or rehabilitation setting, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients undergoing substance withdrawal.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies to maintain client engagement and support remote service delivery.
• Familiarity with medical records systems and treatment planning methodologies.
