Provide therapeutic support to patients under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring quality care delivery in a clinical setting. Responsibilities:
- Support physical therapists in executing therapy plans tailored to patient needs.
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and report findings accordingly.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility, and rehabilitation activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment adhering to clinic protocols.
- Rotate weekend shifts as part of the scheduled weekend rotation.
- Guarantee a minimum of 36 hours of work per week, including weekends.
- Hold an active and valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
- Possess previous experience working in outpatient or clinical therapy settings.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
- Show proficiency in documenting patient progress and treatment details.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adhere to industry standards.
- Gain valuable clinical experience supporting professional physical therapists.
