Lead Medical Support Assistant

Job TitleDutiesDuties may include, but are not limited to:Assures coverage of all areas of responsibilityConducts ongoing reviews to ensure quality of workEnsures accurate and timely scheduling of community care referralsProvides guidance to staff members to include changes in policies and proceduresDistributes and balances workloadCreates and maintains employee work assignments/schedulesProvides on-the-job training for new and current employeesEnsures all training requirements are metOrganizes the work structure of assigned areasActs as a liaison between Lead MSA and staff in order to resolve day to day conflictsWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM or 7:30AM-4:00PM. Work schedule subject to change based on agency needs.Telework: Not Available.Virtual: This is not a virtual position.Functional Statement #: 598531FRelocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized.Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized.
