Position Summary MultiCare Health System Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced mental health Nurse Practitioner to join our well‑established, thriving and comprehensive practice. Our team provides high quality psychiatric services, and this role offers an opportunity to be fully engaged with patient care and join a close‑knit, collegial and supportive team of providers. Requirements Certified psychiatric ARNP or D-ARNP Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience providing direct patient care DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association Valid Washington State Motor Vehicle License About Navos Behavioral Health Navos, part of MultiCare’s Behavioral Health Network, offers comprehensive behavioral health care for people of all ages. Specializing in mental health and substance use disorder treatment, Navos provides inpatient psychiatric care, residential treatment and community‑based programs. Pay and Benefits We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits and paid time off. Pay scale: $158,000.00–$177,000.00 USD, influenced by skill set, level of experience, and certification.
