As a full‑time/part‑time optometrist, you will provide clinical services, manage patient care, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding practice. Pay & Incentives Pay range: $125K – $183K yearly, negotiable. Bonus potential: Up to $40K annually. Salary may vary by market. Eligible bonuses, commissions, or incentives as part of the comprehensive compensation package. Why us? You’ll have access to advanced diagnostic technology (optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto‑refractor, electronic health records) and support staff (OD technicians, clinical specialists) to deliver optimal eye health.
