Business Analyst IBOR + Trade Life Cycle
Must Have Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Investment Banking / Capital Markets
- Hands-on experience with IBOR (Investment Book of Record)
- Strong understanding of Trade Life Cycle
- Knowledge of Trade Capture, Confirmation, Settlement, and Reconciliation
- Understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Securities
- Strong requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, and process mapping
- Good SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for IBOR and trade processing systems
- Analyze end-to-end Trade Life Cycle and identify business/process gaps
- Work with business, technology, QA, and product teams
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support UAT, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution
- Coordinate with development teams to deliver functional solutions
