Director Of Finance
Compensation: 140,000+
Location: On-Site in Black Hawk, CO

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligning with the company's business objectives.
- Lead the finance team in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards and legislation.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify strategic initiatives and establish financial policies and procedures.
- Play a key role in capital structure management, financial risk management, and treasury.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; preferably an MBA or relevant graduate degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience within Finance; preferably in the casino, hospitality, or resort industry.
- Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrable commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards
