eCommerce Creative Manager

The eCommerce Creative Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and delivering eCommerce creative assets across multiple brands, markets, and workstreams. Applying strong project management practices, this role drives schedules, milestones, dependencies, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to ensure assets are delivered on time and against business priorities.

Working across Creative, Commercial, Brand, Licensing, Product Development, Operations, and regional teams, the Creative Manager provides clear visibility into project status, proactively identifies and escalates risks, and drives accountability for deliverables. The role also supports continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and reporting to increase efficiency and scalability.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be on-site Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA

A Day in the Life as an eCommerce Creative Manager:

• Manage multiple eCommerce creative projects and asset deliverables from intake through final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and ownership across brands, markets, and creative workstreams.
• Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines are clearly understood.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, and dependencies; drive resolution and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Provide accurate and timely project reporting, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, risks, decisions, and actions required.
• Lead forward-planning and status discussions to anticipate upcoming deliverables, approvals, resource needs, and potential risks.
• Coordinate across Creative, Commercial, Brand, Licensing, Product Development, Operations, Post-Production, and regional teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Facilitate project working sessions and status reviews, documenting decisions, actions, ownership, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate project information within established workflow-management platforms and reinforce agreed systems as the single source of truth.
• Reduce reliance on duplicate trackers, manual reporting, and ad-hoc status requests through standardized workflows and accessible reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements to creative workflows, including intake, briefing, asset development, approvals, submissions, handoffs, and tracking.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting, automation, and workflow tools that improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
• Support implementation and adoption of new processes and tools through documentation, training, and ongoing guidance.
• Support planning and onboarding of future asset portfolios to ensure project structures and workflows are established ahead of execution.
• Leverage project data, workflow technology, and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and scalability.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, eCommerce operations, production, marketing operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, creative deliverables, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating creative or digital asset-development workflows from intake through delivery.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, milestone and dependency management, risk management, escalation, and status reporting.
• Experience working across Creative, Commercial, Marketing, Brand, Licensing, Product Development, Production, Operations, or similar cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project and workflow-management platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira , or comparable systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of activity while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, timely, and audience-appropriate updates.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, influence without direct authority, and move work forward across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment where processes, systems, and ways of working continue to mature.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting eCommerce creative production, digital merchandising, product detail page content, photography, video, CGI, or other digital assets.
• Experience with global or regional creative workflows, licensing approvals, or asset-management processes.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting, workflow automation, or project-management KPIs.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and workflow tools.

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

Pay Range

$112,800—$169,200 USD
