- Provide general administrative support to the company’s operations.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Manage and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Receive, review, and process invoices from subcontractors and vendors for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and maintain invoice and payment data in internal accounting and project tracking systems.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to obtain approvals and ensure timely processing of invoices and reimbursements.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, records, and databases.
- Perform routine office tasks including correspondence, data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and mail handling.
- Use standard office equipment and computer software to support daily business operations.
