Office Administrative Assistant

  • Provide general administrative support to the company’s operations.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Receive, review, and process invoices from subcontractors and vendors for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and maintain invoice and payment data in internal accounting and project tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to obtain approvals and ensure timely processing of invoices and reimbursements.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Perform routine office tasks including correspondence, data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and mail handling.
  • Use standard office equipment and computer software to support daily business operations.
