Job Title: Urologist
Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services
Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
Coverage Period: Ongoing
Surgical Suites: 11 suites in the Main OR and 6 in the Outpatient Surgery Center
Robotic Systems: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 available
Call Schedule: 1:3
Hospital Coverage: Single hospital coverage
Administrative Support: Strong and supportive leadership and staff
Patient Demographics: Adult patients
Case Mix: General urology and surgical cases
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary ($550,000+) plus production bonus, Relocation Assistance provided, Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (non-profit status), Professional Liability Insurance, Health, Dental, Disability, and Life Insurance, Retirement Plan included, CME and PTO provided
Required Procedures: General urologic surgeries, Robotic-assisted urologic procedures using Da Vinci systems
Job Requirements: Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility, Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Perform surgeries and procedures utilizing advanced OR technologies, Participate in call coverage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
